Nasty is not responsible for any errors in shipment resulting from changes requested after the order has been dispatched, as such modifications cannot be made once the order has been shipped.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline:
- All orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
- Shipping delivery may take 14-21 business days, depending on the delivery method and destination.
- A tracking number will be provided between day 8 and day 10 once your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
Shipping Details:
- We offer door-to-door delivery with insurance for all orders.
- If specific customs declarations are required in your country, please include this information in the “Notes” section during checkout to avoid delays.
Unboxing Policy:
To ensure valid claims for future issues:
Customers must record a video during the unboxing process or at the time of receiving the parcel. This is necessary for resolving claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
Lost Items:
If your package is lost during transit, contact our Customer Service Team immediately. We will assist you with the next steps for resolution.
Customs and Import Taxes:
- We do not charge any sales tax or export duties on our end.
- However, customers are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed by their country’s customs office.
- We are not liable for items confiscated by customs. Please check with your local customs office for specific regulations.
Shipping Cost Calculation:
Shipping costs are auto-calculated based on product weight and destination during checkout.
Track Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the tracking information provided via email.
Pickup at Courier Center for Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to unavailability or lack of response:
- The package will be held at the nearest courier partner facility for up to 5 business days.
- Our customer support team will contact you via email with the pickup location details.
- If the package is not collected within the holding period, it may be returned to the sender.
Important Notes:
- PO Box addresses are not eligible for delivery.
- Delivery times may vary during holidays or sale seasons.
