1. Warranty Period

  • For Customers: 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • For Warranty Hub: 24 hours to process the exchange request after receiving it from the customer.

3. Warranty Form

All customers must complete the online warranty form immediately upon purchase. Failure to do so may result in ineligibility for exchange.

4. Exchange Process

  • If a product is found defective within the warranty period, the Warranty Hub must report the issue within 24 hours.
  • Upon confirmation, a replacement product will be issued from the exchange stock.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • The defective product will either be returned to the Company or destroyed in the presence of a Company representative.

5. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse or negligence
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Wear and tear or cosmetic damage

6. Assistance and Resolution

The Warranty Hub is committed to supporting end-users and will collaborate with the Company to resolve any warranty-related issues.

7. Shipment Documentation

The Warranty Hub must provide a full stock list to the Company for every exchange stock shipment collected. This must be submitted prior to the shipment date.

9. Refund Policy

At NASTY, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products and applicable safety standards, our refund policy is as follows:

  • Refunds are not permitted unless the product is damaged or faulty upon receipt.
  • In such cases, customers must submit a warranty claim through our official process within the stated warranty period.
  • NASTY reserves the right to reject warranty claims made and/or submitted after the stated warranty period has lapsed.
  • All approved claims will be processed as exchanges. Refunds will not be issued. 
  • Change-of-mind returns or non-defective product refunds are strictly not accepted. This includes customers who wish to return a product simply because they no longer want it or have purchased it “for fun.”
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return under any circumstances unless proven defective.
  • Refunds, exchanges, or replacements will not be processed for issues caused by misuse, wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorised handling or modifications.

NASTY reserves the right to inspect all warranty claims and make the final decision regarding refund or exchange eligibility.
